Do you find Developers?
We are exploring and expanding into this area and have just added a technology recruiter to our team. The Filipino market is a little different than the U.S. market so many, not all languages / skills are available. Contact us and we can walk through your needs on a call.
Do I need to hire full-time?
We only staff full time Virtual Assistants. They are fully dedicated to you and work 40 hours a week. Why? In our experience, both clients and VA's are more successful when it's a dedicated role. Clients get all they need and VA's get the security of a full time role.
Why should I go through an agency?
Great question. Hiring is challenging and hiring in another country even more so. We have recruiters on staff who know how to find and filter Filipino resources. We have found that Filipinos hiring Filipinos is the best way to successfully hire. Additionally, we are able to provide support and benefits that are difficult for a single employer to replicate.
Are there any additional fees?
No! The price you pay covers pay, benefits, vacation and raises. There are no additional fees. That being said, if you choose to give a bonus, it is 100% passed through to the Virtual Assistant.
